Our Culture

Delawie believes in developing a positive workplace culture and a welcoming and supportive environment. We invest in our people and in our community. Over the years, we have cultivated a Delawie community that thrives on fun! Staff who are keen on cooking can test their recipes among their peers for the annual Delawie Dip Off.

Those with a more philanthropic side can participate in our bi-annual blood drives with the San Diego Blood Bank, fund raise for the San Diego Chapter American Heart Association’s Heart Walk, and climb stairs for Father Joe’s Villages annual TOWERthon. Our running aficionados often lace up for a lunchtime run around Mission Bay Park, while our interiors team spearheads the Delawie design entry for the annual IIDA Fashion Show every November.

We have a once a month catered lunch where we brief the entire office on new projects and announce anniversaries and birthdays. Come to a staff happy hour on the upstairs deck and unwind with your peers over a cold brew from Coronado Brewing!
