Delawie’s Clayton Herndon Promoted to Senior Associate

Delawie announces the promotion of Clayton Herndon to Senior Associate. Clayton has over two decades of professional experience as an architect. He joined the firm in 1995 and became an Associate in 2002.

Clayton’s proficiency and success in managing complex, fast-track projects has been a key component of the firm’s notable resume of projects for distinguished technology, corporate, and hospitality clients including Qualcomm Incorporated, Pfizer, the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, and the Pechanga Band of Luiseño Indians. Clayton’s collaborative and client-engaged process helps drive the firm’s continued excellence in the design and construction of Delawie’s multifaceted projects.

He earned a Bachelor of Environmental Design from Texas A&M University. Clayton has dedicated both his personal and professional time to advancing sustainable practices in the building industry. He earned his LEED accreditation from the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) and a certificate from the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) where he has also participated as a guest lecturer.
