The Harbor City Elementary School project was a 14,500 SF, two-story, modular classroom building that included an elevator, 12 classrooms, two restrooms, and a staff workroom. The project also included the removal of two existing classroom trailers and the demolition and replacement of an existing restroom building.

The 135th Street Elementary School project consists of a 19,600 SF, two-story, prefabricated modular classroom building, with an elevator, 14 classrooms, a library, two restrooms, and a staff workroom. Also included in the scope of this project was the conversion of an existing library into an office space. Site work involved two new parking areas, reconfiguration of an existing fence line, and the relocation of playground striping schemes in an effort to accommodate the new building footprint.
