Delawie provided full service architectural and interior design services for the development of a state-of-the-art Fire Emergency Response Station for the Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Pendleton.
Encompassing a total area of 15,000 square feet, the facility comprises of five vehicle apparatus bays,
administrative offices, residential quarters, changing rooms, shower facilities, laundry amenities, training spaces, storage, a fitness area, restroom facilities, and maintenance.
The station boasts a covered patio, as well as a combined kitchen, dining, and day room space for a comfortable residential style living environment for those whose mission is to support and aid the warfighters and their families.
In addition to the needs of a traditional firehouse, the facility supports training facilities to support wildland firefighting, medical aid, emergency services.
