This design-build repair project for the four-story Bachelors Enlisted Quarters (BEQ) Building 210905 at Camp Pendleton is under construction.

The renovation project will provide the much-needed critical repairs and upgrades to meet the current building, life and safety codes as well as provide modernized, safe, healthy and comfortable living quarters to support the Marines and their mission.

The comprehensive scope of work encompasses repairing infrastructure and utilities, interior elements such as walls, doors, floors, shower enclosures, and restroom fixtures. Exterior repairs include addressing security access points, stormwater management, waterproofing issues and new paint.

The project further involves the installation of an air-cooled chiller, pumps, and controls for greater comfort and energy efficiency.
