Delawie remodeled the existing industrial building into a state-of-the-art training facility for the Ironworkers Local 416 supporting their apprenticeship programs and training opportunities. Ironworkers Local 416 utilize office space and classrooms in addition to interior welding and cutting shop areas complemented by an exterior training yard providing space to learn and train.
