Easterseals Community and Disability Services

This 2,682 SF project consisted of the complete interior demolition of the space and renovations of the exterior for our returning client. Delawie reconfigured the interior use of the space to accommodate the needs of the community Easterseals serves in the Torrance area. The floor plan now includes an office, a conference room, a living room, a gathering room, a work room and a storage area. There is a reception area, an open café area with access to an outdoor patio via panoramic doors. Two gender neutral accessible toilet rooms support the space.

The goal of this project was to make the facility a staple location for the Easterseals non-profit organization. Delawie worked closely with our client in selecting all finishes down to the lighting fixtures to define the look and feel of each room.

Easterseals leads the way to full equity, inclusion and access through life-changing disability and community services. Easterseals provides essential services and on-the-ground support to more than 1.5 million people each year through their national network of affiliates.
