Delawie recognizes the expertise and experience provided by Wan Su Lim and Dave Irelan and has promoted them to Senior Associate and Associate, respectively.

Wan Su Lim has intimate knowledge of all things Delawie, having spent the last 30 years with the firm. Her talents and experience include design, construction documents and construction administration on a wide range of large scale, high profile projects. In addition to working on the first ground up research and development facility for a publicly-traded technology company, Qualcomm Incorporated, she has also worked on a wide range of projects from community centers to the 10-story Hotel Solamar. Her design for the San Miguel Fire District Headquarters won an Orchid award.

Dave Irelan joined Delawie in 2013 and served as Project Manager for the 695,000 SF Pechanga Resort & Casino Expansion project in Temecula, CA. He has focused his architectural career of over 30 years on large-scale hospitality projects including prestigious resorts and country clubs throughout California, Nevada and Texas. Dave manages all phases of projects and uses his wealth of knowledge and talent to work closely with contractors, clients, consultants and governing agencies to ensure projects are constructed on schedule, budget and of the highest quality.
