Delawie Announces Two Promotions
Markley Mills to Senior Associate; Logan Parmele to Associate
Delawie has elevated two employees. Markley Mills is promoted to Senior Associate and Logan Parmele is Delawie’s newest associate.
Markley Mills joined Delawie in 1995. He has over 35 years’ experience in a variety of project times including military, hospitality, civic, manufacturing facilities and corporate headquarters. As a proficient project manager, he leads the design, programming, document preparation, consultant coordination and construction administration of his projects.
Mills graduated from San Diego’s NewSchool of Architecture with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture. He is a licensed California architect and LEED Professional.
Logan Parmele joined Delawie in 2015. He is currently the Project Manager on the 81-acre Kona Villa Resort. Parmele has also served as the Project Manager for multiple education projects at San Diego State University.
Prior to joining the Delawie team, Parmele served as a Naval Officer in the Civil Engineer Corps where he led many multi-disciplinary project teams in the Southwest region. His experience managing teams for some of the Navy’s most complex and sensitive projects required intense collaboration between clients, contractors and designers throughout every phase of project delivery.
Parmele earned a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Ball State University. He currently serves in the US Navy Reserves.
