Our Culture

Delawie develops a positive workplace culture and a welcoming, supportive environment. We invest in our people and in our community. Over the years, we have cultivated a Delawie community that thrives on fun! We celebrate individual artistic accomplishment outside of the office and strive to be a firm that supports a healthy work-life balance.

The office proximity to Mission Bay Park and Tecolote Canyon offers the Delawie team a chance to enjoy San Diego sunshine by foot or by bicycle during lunch or after work.

Those with a philanthropic side participate in our bi-annual San Diego Blood Bank drives or fundraise for the San Diego Chapter American Heart Association’s Heart Walk.

The Delawie interiors team spearheads the Delawie design entry for the annual IIDA Fashion Show every November.

Once a month, Delawie caters lunch where we brief the team on new projects, announce anniversaries and celebrate birthdays. Delawie hosts project tours on a regular basis to keep everyone involved in our on-going projects.

There are staff happy hours on the upstairs deck providing the team the opportunity to unwind with our peers over a drink.
