For 11120 Roselle, Delawie completed the single-story, 10,000 SF tenant improvements for a speculative suite, including demolition of existing office space and renovation into new laboratory, lab support and utility space. The remaining half of the suite is maintained as private, open offices with cosmetic improvements and added utility sink. With new built-in cabinets and counter space in the break room and copy area, and upgraded finishes in the restrooms. The project also included a standby generator at the rear of the suite to provide backup power to laboratory equipment loads.
