The scope of work involved demolishing the existing office space and skillfully renovating it to accommodate new laboratory facilities, lab support areas, and utility space with a standby generator.

While the laboratory and its support spaces were the focus of the renovation, the other half of the suite retained its private open office layout, with cosmetic improvements to enhance its aesthetic appeal.

New built-in cabinets and ample counterspace contribute to the overall efficiency and organization of the workspace.

Recognizing the criticality of uninterrupted operations, Delawie incorporated a standby generator to ensure that essential laboratory equipment remains operational during power outages, guaranteeing smooth and continuous research and testing activities.
