Delawie is providing architectural and interior design services for a speculative lab redevelopment at 5785 Oberlin Drive in Sorrento Valley. Our client Sterling Bay West will offer future life science tenants access to move-in ready lab and office space ranging from 7,500 to 40,000 SF in 2022.

Sterling Bay launched its new west coast division, Sterling Bay West in 2020 and operates out of their office in Newport Beach, CA.
