Easterseals Community and Disability Services

The goal of this project was to establish the facility as a cornerstone for Easterseals, reflecting their mission of equity, inclusion, and access. Delawie worked closely with our returning client to reimagine the 2,682-square-foot space, selecting every detail to create a distinctive and welcoming environment. The tenant improvements and exterior renovations were designed to support the Torrance community, featuring a conference room, living room, gathering space, and a café that opens to an outdoor patio. These communal areas are integral to the essential services Easterseals provide, impacting over 1.5 million people annually through their national network of affiliates.
