Delawie performed architecture and interior design services for the 10616 Scripps Summit Court project that involved the renovation of the main lobby with new finishes and lighting. The project involved the renovation of the restrooms, including new fixtures, toilet partitions, countertops and finishes. The renovation of the breakroom involved the installation of an exterior, operable Nanawall connecting the space to the newly shaded patio.

On the first level, Delawie saw to the demolition of the interior office partitions and ceiling in Suite 100. On the second level of the building, the majority of the interior partitions were demolished. This created an open office floorplan.
