Insmed, a life science company that creates life-transforming therapies with the potential to address serious diseases with significant patient needs. This design-build project involved Delawie collaborating with RAM Construction to complete this 14,000 SF tenant improvement. The project transformed outdated shell warehouse space into creative office spaces, a cold storage room, high density storage warehouse, freezer farm and a emergency generator.
