Delawie designed a ground-up 112,000 SF, four-story office complex for the health care company in Bakersfield, California.

In addition to office spaces, the building also includes a large state-of-the-art board room and a large lobby area with a secure reception space on the first floor. The interior of the building includes walnut veneer paneling on walls and features paintings from local artists.

The building is oriented around a central courtyard which serves as an organizing element for the interior spaces and maximizes the use of natural daylight and is on-target for LEED Silver Certification.
