Delawie served as executive architect for this 12-story warm shell Class A office tower and an adjacent 1,600-car parking structure with photovoltaic canopy. Designed in collaboration with Keating Khang, the main lobby reveals high end finishes of granite, metal wall panels, and multi surface ceilings with upscale lighting. The unitized curtain wall and GFRC skin boast floor-to-ceiling low heat gain glazing. The multi-use penthouse features a large, artistically designed exterior deck that will offer west facing ocean sunset views. The project achieved LEED Gold certification.
