Medico Linen Service – South Gate

Delawie provided architectural and interior design services for the complete remodel of existing 75,000 SF industrial building for Medico. The project included renovations to the office support space and a conference room in addition to the vast laundry facility. The laundry facility allows for soiled linen to be sorted by client and type, disinfected by UV, washed, dried, folded and prepared for the client with industrial support supervised by Medico staff.

The water recycling system and high efficiency direct fire boilers support Medico’s linen service process.

Medico provides linen and laundry services to various healthcare and wellness professionals. This facility supports hospitals and other medical facilities.
