Nitto Denko is 16,000 SF ground-up research and development expansion in Oceanside, Calif. The project involves the design of a new building with lab and office space connecting existing research spaces and site infrastructure to the current Nitto Denko campus and lab.

The design is tailored for the lab and research tenants planned for the space, as well as offering flexibility for future uses. The design incorporates new elements while complimenting the existing building including a sculptural entry facade to highlight a glass lobby that guides users from the reorganized parking through a more welcoming arrival sequence.
