P-855A provides facilities for Naval Special Warfare Center at Naval Amphibious Base Coronado. The project consists of the renovation of a two-story, 22,000 square foot, medical office building, as well as the construction of a new 26,000 square foot, pre-engineered metal, boat maintenance and repair building.

The office building renovation includes the refresh of the treatment rooms, an outdoor changing area, new offices on Level Two, and a new elevator. The maintenance and repair building provides a high bay, pull-through, enclosed work area, staff locker rooms, office areas, and a large yard area with covered storage and wash-down areas.
