Located on a prominent site in South San Francisco, two life sciences laboratory buildings form the largest biotech hub in the Bay Area. Delawie provided architectural and interior design services for the amenities located in the southern tower. These features comprise a fire pit, putting green, outdoor seating, and a lounge area.
