Home to the one of the global leaders in the technology of wireless telecommunications, the Qualcomm corporate headquarters not only houses executive offices but also encompasses state-of-the-art research and development facilities, a fitness center, and various offices. On the tenth floor, the executive suite provides panoramic views of the surrounding technology valley and the ocean.

The executive offices align along the curved exterior wall, each granting access to a balcony and boasting interior detailing inspired by the volumetric shape of the auditorium on the first floor. The suite is comprehensive, featuring glass-lined offices for executive assistants, a boardroom accommodating 24 individuals, a Media Room, conference rooms, and a fully equipped catering kitchen. What truly elevates the suite to an executive level is the rooftop heliport.

The headquarters also houses a 534-seat multipurpose auditorium renowned for its symphony-quality acoustics. Engineered with flown reflectors and architectural design elements, the auditorium caters to diverse needs, ranging from engineering lectures and digital cinema to symphony and chamber music performances.

The auditorium incorporates movable shell towers, operable acoustic draperies, and carefully shaped wall and ceiling surfaces to accommodate the various acoustical and functional uses of the space. Three levels of seating in sloped and tiered configurations are used to achieve excellent sight lines and acoustics for the entire audience.
