Building WT, a 12-story research and development office building, is one of a four structure corporate campus master plan for Qualcomm, Inc. Touted as the first LEED Gold certified high-rise in San Diego, the companion seven-level parking garage is topped with photovoltaics and the new cogeneration plant provides energy efficiency.

Approximately 15% of the 418,000 SF office building is configured into stacked engineering laboratory space spanning multiple floors for efficient distribution of power/data, and compressed air. The labs boast a modular configuration with carefully planned zoning, enabling both future expansion and division coordinated with utilities and structure.

Communal break room spaces are double height to foster employee interaction in addition to a cafeteria, fitness center and on-site recreational courts.
