The renovation of this 1957 era single-story elementary school campus into a Community College Design Center. The renovated Design Center houses classrooms, labs, studios, offices, and support spaces for Mesa College’s Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Interior Design, and Building Technology academic programs.

Renovations involved the expansion and reconfiguration of existing rooms, structural upgrades, new ceilings and lighting systems, restroom upgrades, new interior and exterior finishes, MEP system upgrades, and new infrastructure for audio-visual and information technology systems.
