San Diego Mesa College Police Offices Facility and Parking Structure

As a part of multiple projects undertaken at San Diego Mesa College, Delawie was responsible for designing a new five-level parking structure accommodating 1,050 vehicles, along with an adjacent single-story 7,800 square foot police office facility.

The Police Facility, seamlessly integrated into the parking structure, serves as a hub for maintaining security at the campus entrance. The top level of the Parking Structure incorporates a photovoltaic solar panel system, capable of generating renewable electrical energy to supplement the campus electrical grid.

The project was awarded LEED Gold certification, highlighting the campus commitment to sustainable design.
