Terreno Hawthorne is a proposed 31,000 SF ground-up building for Terreno Realty Corporation on 1.3 acres adjacent to I-405. Delawie’s design provides 22,000 SF warehouse floor area with office space on the first floor and on the mezzanine. The building will feature four depressed truck loading docks and two ground level access loading docks with forklift access.

Designed with a single tenant in mind, the design can facilitate occupancy for two should the need arise. Standard and ADA compliant parking spaces support the space with electrical vehicle charging stations available. The site is gated with steel tube fencing and has street access at two points, both of which are powered gates. Terreno Hawthorne is designed to be LEED certified upon completion.
