The Hotel at Kirkwood Center

Delawie provided interior design services for the renovation of the Hotel at Kirkwood Center in Cedar Rapids, Iowa on the campus of Kirkwood Community College. The 4-story, 71 room hotel offers contemporary elegance and is the country’s only luxury teaching hotel, providing instruction to students from Kirkwood Community College’s Hospitality Arts program. The project saw the renovation of guestrooms, common areas, lobby, restaurant and bar, including the installation of custom wall decals.
