Delawie completed the renovation of a 15,000-square-foot interior for Turner Construction’s San Diego office, featuring an open office layout and modern conference rooms. The design thoughtfully preserved select existing elements as a nod to the building’s history as the former home of The San Diego Union-Tribune.

A spacious break room and lounge area were incorporated to provide a comfortable retreat for Turner Construction staff, fostering relaxation and collaboration.
